This December, Helmsley will sparkle with festive cheer as the Indie Helmsley Advent Window Trail lights up the town. Each evening in the countdown to Christmas, a new beautifully decorated window will be revealed somewhere in Helmsley — creating a magical walking trail for residents and visitors to enjoy.

From shops and cafes to homes and local businesses, every display adds its own touch of creativity, community spirit, and Christmas warmth. By Christmas Eve, the town will be glowing with 24 unique festive windows, bringing people together in celebration of the season.

A free trail map will be available to guide you through the town’s twinkling displays, making it the perfect way to explore Helmsley on crisp December evenings.
