  • Any independent business based in or around Helmsley within a 18 mile radius can apply — from shops, cafes, restaurants, and galleries to service providers, wellness practitioners, creative studios and more.

  • The Free Starter Membership gets you listed in the online directory and a welcome post on social media. Full Membership adds extra benefits like being featured on the printed map, inclusion in our loyalty scheme, access to events, and ongoing promotion.

  • Champion Members receive all Full Member benefits plus premium exposure (priority directory listing, extra spotlight features, and enhanced promotion) as well as opportunities to be more involved in shaping the Indie Helmsley community.

  • You can pay securely online when you sign up. Membership is billed annually, but the Early Bird offer works out on March 1st 2026.
